Financing

Payment is due at the time of your dental service unless a written financial agreement has been made in advance. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Treatment Under $250.00

Cash, check, or credit card is required at the time of service. For patients with insurance, we provide you with an insurance claim form completely filled out (ready for your signature) to obtain direct reimbursement from your insurance. We also as a courtesy, file your dental insurance claim electronically if you provide us with the necessary information.

Treatment Over $250.00

• Cash, check, or credit card at time of service.
• Insurance assignment is accepted with patient paying the balance, after an Estimate of Benefits (EOB) has been received from your dental insurance carrier. We will electronically submit your claim for these services:
• In office Payment Plan for treatment over $350.00
  • Three month interest free financing with credit approval
  • Automatic Credit Card Payments to office
  • Use of Care Credit Healthcare Card, with credit approval
    • Six month interest free financing ($700 minimum charge)
    • Extended payment plan (up to 48 months) ($1500 minimum charge)

Dental Insurance

We feel dental insurance can be a great benefit for many patients and want you to know that we will do everything we can to insure that you get every benefit dollar you are entitled to. However, the treatment we recommend and fees we charge will always be based on your individual needs and wants, not your insurance coverage. Our fees are the same, regardless of whether a patient has insurance. To expedite your reimbursement of benefits, this office will provide you with a detailed claim form for you to submit to your insurance carrier. We process and accept payment directly from your insurance company for any treatment over $250 and when we have verified your eligibility of benefits.

Please keep in mind your dental insurance is based upon a contract between your employer and the insurance company. Dental benefits can vary from plan to plan. We will help you to understand what you can expect from your carrier. Dental insurance never covers all your expenses, only a portion agreed to by the contract with your employer. Many routine dental services are not covered by insurance companies. This does not mean they aren’t necessary or appropriate, just not covered. We will help you to understand what coverage your employer has purchased for you. We ask you understand we do not work for the insurance companies; we work for you. We want to help you maximize your benefits, but we also do not want to be controlled by insurance companies nor the benefit packages they offer. Because we believe our responsibility is to you, we do not participate in any PPO (preferred provider programs) or HMO’s where the doctor – patient relationship is infringed upon by a third party.
